I love my yoga workouts. They are challenging and so rewarding. The problem that I first found in doing a lot of yoga was finding the perfect mat. The first one I had slipped around the floor, didnt stay rolled out very well, and had no traction. These are all the essentials, and yet can be so hard to find.
