An enclosure is not a substitute for a level trampoline.
Moving dirt from around the edges may not be enough to level an air trampoline. It may be necessary to level the ground under the entire area that the trampoline covers. This is especially true if the ground is very uneven. You do not want to have a mound of dirt under the jumping surface.
If there is too much ground to moved with a shovel, professional equipment may have to be used in order to level the sky bouncer trampoline. Contacting a professional excavator to do the job for you is also an option.

If the ground is only slightly uneven then moving a little dirt with a shovel should solve the problem. However, moving a lot of dirt will probably require professional help.
